THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF THE PUBLIC ENTITY OF SABA
Taking into consideration:
- that the costs of conducting taxi rides and tours have increased,
- that the maximum rates for taxi rides and tours are therefore no longer up to date, and
- that the structure of the rates is unclear on some points and can be improved.
Having regard to: article 23 of the Eilandverordening Personenvervoer Saba (A.B. 1983, no. 1)
HAS DECIDED:
To establish the following Island Decree, containing general measures:
Article 1
The maximum rates for taxi rides or tours are the rates set in the Annex of this decree.
Article 2
This island decree will take effect on February 1st 2025.

Waiting time rate: $10 for every 15 minutes.
The taxi fares are valid from 6 am to 9 pm. A 30% surcharge applies between 9 pm to 6 am in addition to the above rates.
